Lighthouse2 Bible Study - 3/25: A man born blind cured by Jesus

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Warmest welcome to Peter and Philip for joining us for the first time.

Thanks to Nick for a job well done for leading our Bible study for the
first time. Also thanks to everyone for actively participating and
sharing their thoughts and life experiences during our gathering
regarding: "what's our Issac in life?"; and also regarding
blessed moments in our life which will give us hope and courage to get
through unavoidable difficult times but which will always pass. Christ
is with us always.

Here is the information for this Saturday's
Lighthouse 2 Bible study and faith sharing gathering:

Thanks be to our Lord for He is our good shepherd. He makes us to rest
in green pastures; He leads us beside the still waters. He refreshes
our souls. He guides us in right paths for His name’s sake.
He anoint our head with oil.

Please continue our support for Patricia and Tiffany as they
participate in the 2nd Scrutiny this Sunday. Our Lord has
chosen them and is anointing them just like He did to David and
everyone who believes and follows Him. And they will become children of
Light in the Lord through faith sealed with baptism this Easter, for
Christ is the true light that enlightens everyone and Christ will give
us light.

Looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday.
Cheers!
May God bless and lead us always,
William

There are times when we go through life with tormenting experience of
uncertainty about the present and the future,
like the test of Abraham's faith.

Thanks be to God as through Abraham we are guaranteed that there is
a way out if we dare to persevere, hoping against all odds,
leaning on and trusting our Lord, and in faith get on our knees to
pray as in Psalm 116:10
I kept faith, even when I said, "I am greatly afflicted!"

We may suffer, but we shall overcome just like our Savior Jesus Christ.

"If God is for us, who can be against us?" --Romans 8: 31b

May strength and peace be yours this Lenten season!

Looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday.
May God bless and lead us always,
William

P.S.
Congratulations to Patricia and Tiffany for their participation in the
annual Rite of Election for RCIA catechumen candidates in our San Jose
Diocese at Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph in downtown San Jose
this Monday. Their names, together with the more than 100+ catechumens
present that day from about 15 local parishes, are now officially
recorded in the Book of Life in Heaven. Alleluia!!

They will go through this Lenten season, not alone, but with
our world-wide Catholic family; and will be baptized in the
Easter Vigil Mass(4/15) at St.Claire.
Let's give them our support and prayers.
